Welcome to the Corner of Hope where we distribute donated furniture and other household items to help families turn “houses into homes.”

The Corner of Hope is a Furniture Bank Ministry of Inman First Baptist Church. Our aim is to serve those in Spartanburg County who are struggling with furniture poverty regardless of religious beliefs. Only clients screened and referred by a Spartanburg County community agency are eligible for our services. The Corner of Hope neither buys or sells any furniture items. Our ministry is dependent solely on the generosity of donations from others.

The Corner of Hope is a nonprofit ministry. Even so, there is

cost to running a furniture bank. If you would like to give financially to the Corner of Hope, we greatly appreciate any gift you are able to give. Financial gifts help to keep our Corner of Hope Building in shape, they help to maintain and operate the Corner of Hope truck, and monetary donations are regularly used to buy household items and goods that clients desperately need. Getting rid of used furniture? Consider donating it to the Corner of

Hope. The Corner of Hope is a furniture bank ministry of Inman First Baptist Church. We give used, working items to families in need. It’s a great way to recycle and help others in our community. The Corner of Hope accepts donations of mattresses, box springs, bed frames, bedding, towels, blankets, sofas, chairs, dressers, end tables, desks, dinning/kitchen tables, pots/pans, dish sets, flatware, glassware, and utensils.
